Delete your account

Arrow Knot 3D is playable without an account. If you did create one, you can permanently delete it and everything stored with it at any time.

1. Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:

Open Arrow Knot 3D → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email patelnilesh2448@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

Your account record and all data linked to it are erased from our servers: your name, email address, country, and all game figures (level reached, score, stars and streak), together with your leaderboard entries. This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

4. What stays on your device

Progress saved locally on your phone is not held by us and is not affected by account deletion. You can remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.

5. What we keep, and for how long

We retain nothing that identifies you after deletion. Routine server logs that may contain an IP address are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then discarded. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
