Arrow Knot 3D is made by Nilesh Games. This policy explains exactly what we handle, why, and how to remove it. The game is fully playable offline, and we keep the data we touch to a minimum.
Your level progress, stars, hints, hearts, streak and settings are saved on your device. None of it is sent anywhere unless you choose to sign in. You can erase all of it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the game.
Signing in is optional and the game is fully playable without it. If you create an account we store your name, email address, country and your game figures (level reached, score, stars, streak) so your progress can sync across devices and appear on the leaderboards. Passwords are stored only in hashed form and are never readable by us.
The game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google may collect and process your device advertising ID, coarse device and app information, and approximate location derived from your IP address, and may use these for personalised advertising. While you are offline no ads are requested and no ad data leaves your device.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising, using Google's certified consent management platform. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the Settings screen.
We use the data above only to save and sync your progress, to run the leaderboards, to show ads that keep the game free, and to reply to support or feedback messages you send us. We do not use it for profiling beyond advertising as described above.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. The only third party that receives data is Google, as our advertising provider, as described in section 3.
Device data stays until you clear the app data. Account data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all of its server data at any time from Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You can also request deletion by emailing patelnilesh2448@gmail.com, and we will complete it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we process it. Email patelnilesh2448@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights.
Arrow Knot 3D is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Account data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the game.
